Imogen Wallis-Mayer Task #4

For this photo I was inspired by Olaf Breunings constant use of repetition as well as bizarre costumes and set ups.

  1. Very Olaf Breuning! It's nice that you made it more of a composition rather than just a photo of a single person, adds a lot to it.

  6. Although I think the idea has potential, it feels very flat to me. I love what you've done with the tape and the pylon, I just would've liked to see more dynamism in the composition, more depth. That could've achieved by having the clones positioned differently, or even (hope I'm not sounding too much like Alex here) having one of them sitting down, to kind of break the order. I think there's situations where having the subjects arranged in a uniform line is okay, but I think for that to work you would have to pull back quite a bit to make it so that these conecreatures appear to be existing in a space, and not just the only thing in frame (if you understand what I'm saying).
Hope I'm not not being too specific.

  7. Are your photographs for the Blog Assignment supposed to be a series? I feel like they are all somewhat similar to each other in they way they are set up, and could potentially make a very strong series.
