This needs work, the lighting is incredibly inconsistent (blown out in some places, too dark in others) and weak. The colour temperature is also off. The content is also a bit confusing....not sure what you are going for here. You say it's your friends all dressed up and girly but you hardly see any of the clothing. The angle is odd and the hand distracting. the expressions also lack intrigue. I would reconsider what this photo is about and then re-shoot.
